Silk & Cupro Care

A wash concentrate made for our silk underwear and the cupro pyjama. Silk is a protein fibre: ordinary detergents work alkaline and slowly roughen it, wool detergents leave it greasy, bleach fades it. Silk & Cupro Care uses mild surfactants and leaves out everything that could harm the fibre. No bleach, no optical brighteners, no enzymes, no fabric softener. Colours keep their depth and the silk its softness, wash after wash.

On the market since 1978 and made for us by a textile care specialist in Mönchengladbach, who has tested the formula on cupro since the 1980s. The bottle is clear, 100 percent recycled PET with a white cap. 240 ml lasts about 24 hand washes or 12 machine washes. 50 ml is the size that travels.

Safety: Attention. Causes serious eye irritation. Keep out of reach of children. If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: get medical advice or attention. If swallowed: call a poison centre or doctor if you feel unwell.
