Close to the makers, wherever you are.

Everything HACOY makes is cut and sewn by a few pairs of hands in Italy and Lithuania, looked after in our Munich workshop, and worn by people who care, in cities all over the world. Membership is how you stand closer to that whole circle. It does not lower the price of anything. Members pay the same honest price as everyone, all year, with nothing marked down and no sale. What membership gives you instead is care for the pieces you own, a first look at everything new, a place among us, and a yearly credit toward keeping your wardrobe alive.

What you get

• A yearly care credit of 30 €

  Thirty euros each year toward alteration and wardrobe care in the Munich workshop. It stands in for any markdown, because membership looks after what you own rather than lowering its price.
• First access to everything new

  New pieces, pre orders, ReviveWear, and resale open to members forty eight hours before anyone else, by email.
• Priority repair and wardrobe care

  Your pieces go to the front of the Munich workshop queue, and looking after how a wardrobe wears over time is part of it.
• A place at our events

  Priority guest space at HACOY gatherings, showroom evenings in Munich now, and the events we are dreaming up with cafes, bars, and friends of the brand. When we open the doors, members come first.
• Gifted shipping

  Your shipping is on us, on every order. No threshold and no code.
• Gift wrapping each month

  Once a month a piece is wrapped as a gift at no extra cost, ready to give as it arrives.
• A birthday gift each year

  Near your birthday we write you a personal note, and you choose a gift from us as our way of marking the day.
• A welcome package

  A welcome package when you join for the year, member previews through the season, and a few honest words from the studio each quarter.

For every HACOY owner

Some things are not a membership perk. They belong to every piece we make, whether you join or not. Each HACOY piece carries its passport, the meet your piece story of who made it and from what. It stays eligible for resale through us. And basic repair is always included. Membership adds care and closeness on top of that. It never puts the basics behind a fee.

Still growing

Membership is small in feeling and built to travel. It begins with the people who already wear what we make and grows outward, city by city, without ever losing the closeness. This is the beginning of it, not the finished shape, and we would rather build the rest with you than for you. If something would make this yours, tell us. We are listening.

What it costs

Members pay the same honest price as everyone, all year. The price is the same whether you join or not, with no sale, no minimum term and no member only products. You can cancel whenever you like, effective at the end of your billing period.

Good to know before you join

Price. 120 € per year, or 12 € per month. VAT included.

Billing and renewal. Charged once a year or once a month, in advance. Your membership renews automatically for the same period until you cancel.

No minimum term. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Total cost is 120 € per year on the annual plan, or 144 € per year on the monthly plan.

Cancellation. In your account under Subscriptions, or any time via Cancel a contract.

Right of withdrawal. You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. See our withdrawal policy for the details and the model withdrawal form.
