Withdrawal

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The quickest way is our withdrawal button, or write to us at hello@hacoy.com. All details and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal notice.

Sending pieces back

Please send the pieces back to us within 14 days of telling us that you withdraw. We bear the cost of the return.

You only pay for a loss in value if it comes from handling the pieces beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. Trying a piece on as you would in a shop is fine.

Refunds

We refund all payments, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may hold the refund until the pieces are back with us or you have shown that you sent them.

Exceptions

Pieces made to your personal measurements are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Section 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).

Defects

If a piece is faulty or not what you ordered, your legal guarantee rights apply. Please write to us at hello@hacoy.com with your order number.
