Your legal guarantee rights

A wash concentrate for swim, beach and sportswear in polyamide and elastane. Chlorine, seawater, sweat and sunscreen settle in the fine pores of these fibres and slowly take their stretch. Lycra Care washes them out gently and leaves nothing behind: no soap, no fillers, no optical brighteners, no bleach, no silicones. Elasticity and breathability stay, the piece keeps its shape.

Made for us by a textile care specialist in Mönchengladbach. The bottle is clear, 100 percent recycled PET with a white cap. 240 ml lasts about 24 hand washes or 12 machine washes. 50 ml is the size for the beach bag.

Safety: Attention Attention. Causes serious eye irritation. Keep out of reach of children. If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: get medical advice or attention. If swallowed: call a poison centre or doctor if you feel unwell. The UFI code and the full label text are on every bottle.

How to use

Rinse swimwear by hand after every wear, wash it by hand and do not spin. Hand wash with one capful for 7 to 10 litres of water. Sportswear can go in the machine with two capfuls in the main wash, up to 40°C. Dry in the shade, never in the tumble dryer or on a radiator. No fabric softener. For stains, put a few drops of undiluted Lycra Care on the mark, wait 15 minutes, then wash.

Ingredients

As declared on the label: 15 to 30 percent anionic surfactants, less than 5 percent preservatives (potassium sorbate), fragrance, hexyl cinnamal, linalool, cinnamyl alcohol. Surfactants based on renewable raw materials.

The label reads Lycra Care in English and Beachwear Care in German. Responsible company: INTERVALL Textilpflegemittel GmbH, Ueddinger Str. 16, D-41066 Mönchengladbach, Germany, www.intervall.de.

The bottle is made of 100 percent post consumer recycled PET, from used packaging bottles collected in the EU; the recycling process is certified by RecyClass, certificate RP147-MOR-11-26-SVB-EA. The white cap is virgin polypropylene and the label is polypropylene film.
