Repair & Care
A loose seam or a missing button is not the end of a piece. Every HACOY garment is built to be mended, and repair is complimentary for every owner, whatever the age of the piece. We take care of it, and the piece keeps its record the whole way.
How it works
- 1. Tell us what needs attentionUse the form below. We answer by mail, usually within a few days, with the address and a reference for your piece.
- 2. Send it in, or bring it byYou cover the way in, we cover the way home. In Munich you are welcome to drop the piece at the showroom at Maistraße 21.
- 3. It comes back mendedAbout ten working days after it arrives. The repair is logged on the piece's record, so its history stays with it.
What we mend
Loose seams, missing buttons, hems, zips, small holes and tears, and small alterations such as taking in a seam. HACOY pieces only, because we know how they were made. Alterations that would change a piece beyond its original silhouette are the one thing we do not do.
Members
Membership does not unlock repair, it adds speed and care on top. Members move to the front of the queue and receive a bottle of our own fabric care once a year. About HACOY Members
